What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The investment objective is to seek to maximize total return, through a combination of current income and capital appreciation.

Strategy, summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in U.S. dollar-denominated collateralized loan obligations rated AAA by a nationally recognized rating organization at purchase, or if unrated, determined by the subadviser to be of comparable quality; up to 20% may be in CLOs rated below AAA but not below A-. The subadviser conducts top-down macroeconomic analysis combined with bottom-up security research using proprietary models to select individual CLOs, with no more than 10% of net assets in any single CLO. Because the fund is non-diversified, it may invest in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. The fund engages in active trading and may use derivatives to enhance returns or hedge risks.

Risk profile

Interest-rate and credit-spread sensitivity, both in years · as of 2026Q2

Interest-rate moves barely touch this fund — but its credit exposure is real: a 100bp widening in credit spreads costs roughly 4.0%. Duration alone would have told you none of that.

Where the loss would come from. The two shocks are the same size, so this is the balance of the fund's two sensitivities rather than a bet on one moving more.

Credit spreads97%

Filers report the impact of a 0.01% move only, so the total is our own scaling of that one number and overstates the loss on most bonds — read it as approximate, never as precise. The two sensitivities overlap rather than add up: they measure the same positions against different shocks, which is why the durations above are shown side by side and never summed.

The two bands measure the same positions against different shocks and do not add — a Treasury carries rate duration and no spread duration, a floating-rate credit the reverse. Rate tenors are also summed across every currency the fund discloses.
