Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The investment objective of the Fund is total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income .
The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity and debt securities of utility companies, including electric, gas, water, and multi-utilities, as well as independent power producers and related infrastructure businesses. The subadviser seeks stocks with stable and growing cash flows, targeting companies it believes are undervalued relative to earnings, cash flow, or asset value, and may hold positions until price targets are reached or the original investment thesis no longer holds. The fund is non-diversified, meaning it can concentrate a greater percentage of assets in fewer issuers than a diversified fund. Because the fund concentrates in utility companies and is non-diversified, returns depend on the performance of a limited number of issuers within a single sector.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 9.29pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.86pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
