Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q2

ProShares Ultra Semiconductors (the Fund) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Semiconductors SM Index (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to two times the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Semiconductors Index, which measures U.S. semiconductor companies weighted by market capitalization. It obtains leveraged exposure through equity securities, swap agreements, and money market instruments, rebalancing daily to maintain the 2x target. Because the fund resets its leverage daily, returns over periods longer than one day will not equal two times the index's return over that period. The fund may invest in a representative sample of index securities rather than all constituents.
