Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q2
ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ (the Fund) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to three times the inverse (-3x) of the daily performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index (the Index).
The fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to three times the inverse of the daily performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index, using derivatives including swap agreements and futures contracts to obtain this exposure. Results over periods longer than a single day will not equal three times the inverse of the index's return. The fund rebalances daily to maintain its target exposure, and may invest in a representative sample of index securities or financial instruments rather than holding all constituents.
