Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index that measures the performance of large non-U.S. developed market companies based on their fundamental size and weight.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the RAFI Fundamental High Liquidity Developed ex US Large Index, which selects and weights large developed-market companies outside the U.S. by fundamental measures of company size—adjusted sales, retained operating cash flow, and dividends plus buybacks—rather than market capitalization. The fund invests at least 90% of assets in index constituents, using sampling techniques to hold a subset of securities expected to replicate index performance. Because the fund samples rather than holds all index securities, its returns may diverge from the index.
