Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index that measures the performance of large non-U.S. developed market companies based on their fundamental size and weight.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the RAFI Fundamental High Liquidity Developed ex US Large Index, which selects and weights large non-U.S. developed-market companies by fundamental measures of size—adjusted sales, retained operating cash flow, and dividends plus buybacks—rather than market capitalization. The fund invests at least 90% of assets in index constituents, holding the same weights as the index, though it may deviate when necessary to avoid odd-lot purchases, manage taxes, or address liquidity constraints. The investment adviser may use sampling techniques to replicate index performance when holding all constituents is impractical, selecting a representative subset of stocks expected to perform similarly to the index as a whole. Because the fund may employ sampling rather than full replication, its returns may diverge from the index.
