Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index composed of high dividend yielding stocks issued by companies outside the United States.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Dow Jones International Dividend 100 Index, which selects 100 high dividend-yielding stocks from developed and emerging markets outside the United States based on cash flow to debt, return on equity, dividend yield, and five-year dividend growth, then applies a volatility screen to exclude the 200 most volatile candidates. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in index stocks, using sampling techniques to hold fewer securities than the full index while seeking to replicate its total return. Because the fund samples rather than holds all index constituents, its performance may diverge from the index. Buffer rules favor current index constituents during the annual review, limiting turnover among the 100 selected securities.
