Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation along with some current income.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in dividend-paying equities, convertible securities, and debt of companies in developing countries and select developed nations with ties to emerging markets, with no constraint on allocation between equity and debt or on credit quality. Because the adviser determines country location by incorporation, principal place of business, principal trading market, revenue derivation, or asset location, a company's classification may shift as these factors change. The fund may hold individual securities exceeding 5% of net assets.
