Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The investment objective of the State Street Equity 500 Index Fund (the Equity 500 Index Fund ? or sometimes referred to in context as the Fund) is to replicate as closely as possible, before expenses, the performance of the Standard & Poor's 500 Index (the S&P 500 ? or sometimes referred to in context as the Index).
The fund tracks the S&P 500 using a passive indexing strategy, generally investing in all 500 constituent stocks in approximate proportion to their Index weightings, though it may hold a representative sample when full replication is impracticable. Because the fund may purchase a sample of Index stocks rather than all constituents, its performance may diverge from the Index. The fund invests substantially all assets in a master portfolio with similar policies rather than holding securities directly.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 177.41pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 35.48pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
