Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The State Street Global All Cap Equity ex-U.S. Index Fund (the Global All Cap Equity ex-U.S. Index Fund ? or the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of a broad-based index of world (ex-U.S.) equity markets over the long term.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the MSCI ACWI ex USA Investable Market Index, a broad measure of developed and emerging equity markets outside the United States across all market capitalizations. It employs a sampling strategy, holding a subset of index securities rather than all constituents, to achieve similar risk and return characteristics. Because the fund samples rather than fully replicates the index, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund invests substantially all its assets through a master-feeder structure in a separate portfolio with identical investment policies.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
