Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The State Street SPDR MSCI ACWI ex-US ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index based upon broad based world (ex-US) equity markets.
The fund tracks the MSCI All Country World Index ex USA Index, which measures large- and mid-cap equity performance across developed and emerging markets excluding the United States, using a sampling strategy that may hold a subset of the index's securities or substantially all of them depending on asset size and market conditions. Because the fund employs sampling rather than holding all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in index securities and depositary receipts, and may use futures contracts to manage cash flows and track performance.
