Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 65% of its net assets in equity securities of foreign issuers across developed and emerging markets worldwide, with no country limit. Wellington Management, the sub-adviser, conducts bottom-up fundamental analysis to identify companies with improving or sustainable return on capital, focusing on those with underappreciated assets or temporary market mispricing; region, country, and sector weightings are secondary to individual stock selection. The fund may invest up to the greater of 25% or the MSCI ACWI ex USA Index weight plus 10% in emerging markets, and normally emphasizes mid and large capitalization companies. Because returns depend on Wellington Management's security selections and fundamental assessments, performance will diverge from any benchmark.
