Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks long-term total return.
The fund invests at least 65% of its net assets in equity securities of foreign issuers, with day-to-day decisions delegated to Wellington Management. Wellington Management applies a contrarian approach, using fundamental analysis to identify companies it believes are undervalued—those trading at a discount to market value, overlooked or misunderstood, with solid financial strength, often in temporarily out-of-favor sectors. The fund may invest across any sector or country with no limits, and up to 25% in emerging markets. Because returns depend on Wellington Management's security selection, performance will diverge from any benchmark if those picks underperform.
