Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
Seeks maximum long-term total return, consistent with reasonable risk to principal, by investing in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of primarily non-U.S. issuers.
The fund invests in equity securities of non-U.S. companies across at least 12 countries, selected through a four-factor quantitative valuation screen designed to outperform the MSCI EAFE Index, combined with fundamental analysis; day-to-day management is delegated to sub-adviser Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC. The fund typically holds 80–120 stocks and may invest up to 10% in emerging markets. Because performance depends on the sub-adviser's security selections and the effectiveness of its valuation process, results may diverge from the EAFE Index.
