Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Fund seeks long-term capital growth.

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks undervalued foreign equity securities using value screens including low price-to-sales, price-to-earnings, price-to-book, and enterprise value ratios, along with high dividend yield and small market capitalization, while maintaining diversification across a minimum of five countries and hedging foreign currency exposure back to U.S. dollars where practicable. Because security selection depends on the Adviser's valuation judgments, fund performance may diverge materially from foreign equity benchmarks.
