As of its 2026 Q2 report, U.S. LARGE CAP VALUE PORTFOLIO held 1 positions with $24.62B in net assets. Its ten largest holdings made up 100.0% of the fund. The DFLVX share class costs 0.22% a year. Over the 12 months to May 2026, DFLVX returned 33.2%, with dividends reinvested.
The investment objective of the U.S. Large Cap Value Portfolio (the Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The Portfolio is a Feeder Portfolio and pursues its objective by investing substantially all of its assets in its corresponding Master Fund, The U.S. Large Cap Value Series (the U.S. Value Series or the Series) of The DFA Investment Trust Company (the Trust), which has the same investment objective and policies as the Portfolio.
The fund invests substantially all its assets in the U.S. Value Series Master Fund, which holds a broad portfolio of large-cap U.S. companies selected for low relative price (assessed primarily through price-to-book ratios) and high profitability, with positions weighted by market capitalization but subject to overweighting of smaller large-cap stocks, lower-priced securities, and more profitable companies. The manager also adjusts positions based on shorter-term factors including price momentum and uses flexible trading to manage costs. Because the fund's holdings and their weights depend on the manager's assessments of relative price, profitability, and near-term price behavior, results will diverge from a fixed index.
