Vanguard LifeStrategy Growth Fund (the Fund) seeks to provide capital appreciation and some current income.
The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of Vanguard mutual funds allocated approximately 80% to stocks and 20% to fixed income, with stock exposure split between U.S. large-, mid-, and small-cap equities and foreign equities, and fixed income holdings spanning U.S. and foreign investment-grade bonds and securitized debt with foreign currency exposure hedged to the U.S. dollar. The fund is a fund of funds structure.
