What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The Victory Pioneer International Equity Fund (the Fund) seeks long-term capital growth.

Strategy, summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers across developed and emerging markets, using a value approach to identify securities trading at discounts to intrinsic value based on fundamental analysis of financial statements, assets, and earnings prospects. The adviser generally sells when market value reflects intrinsic value. The fund may invest up to 20% in debt securities and holds assets across at least three different foreign countries, though it may concentrate more than 25% in Japan, the United Kingdom, or euro-denominated securities.
