Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
Virtus InfraCap U.S. Preferred Stock ETF (the Fund ) seeks current income and, secondarily, capital appreciation.
The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. preferred stock, selecting issues based on competitive position, return on capital, profit stability, and cash generation; the sub-adviser also writes put and call options to generate income and hedge risk. The fund uses leverage, borrowing between 15% and 25% of net assets to purchase additional investments. Because the fund is non-diversified, it may concentrate a greater percentage of assets in any single issuer than a diversified fund, and performance depends materially on the success of those concentrated positions.

Portfolio growth profile
How much of the fund’s stock holdings are in fast-growing companies · as of 2026 Q2
Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
