CRH plc (NYSE: CRH) is the leading provider of building materials critical to modernizing infrastructure, operating through a connected portfolio of businesses that serve transportation, water, reindustrialization, and construction markets across North America, Europe, and Australia. The company maintains its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange, with additional information available at www.crh.com.

The company generated $37.4 billion in total revenues in 2025, with $3.8 billion in net income and $7.7 billion in adjusted EBITDA. CRH operates through two divisions: the Americas Division, comprising Americas Materials Solutions and Americas Building Solutions, and the International Division, consisting of International Solutions. In 2025, the Americas Materials Solutions segment accounted for 45 percent of total revenues and 52 percent of adjusted EBITDA, while Americas Building Solutions represented 19 percent of revenues and 19 percent of adjusted EBITDA. International Solutions contributed 36 percent of revenues and 29 percent of adjusted EBITDA.

The company employs 83,032 people across 3,961 locations in 28 countries. CRH's essential materials foundation includes aggregates, cementitious materials, readymixed concrete, and asphalt, with 2025 annualized sales volumes of 380.7 million tons of aggregates, 59.0 million tons of cementitious materials, 39.5 million cubic yards of readymixed concrete, and 62.8 million tons of asphalt. The company also manufactures value-added building products including underground vaults, drainage systems, concrete masonry, hardscapes, pavers, fencing, and railing systems.

CRH's revenue mix reflects its diversified end-markets: 40 percent from infrastructure, 32 percent from residential construction, and 28 percent from non-residential construction. Approximately 60 percent of revenues derive from new-build construction, while 40 percent come from repair and remodel activity. The company has completed over 1,250 acquisitions throughout its history since formation in 1970, with 38 acquisitions completed in 2025 for $4.1 billion in total consideration. CRH's vertically integrated business model leverages an extensive network of 1,334 extractive sites comprising 252,791 acres of owned land and 128,651 acres of leased land, providing raw materials for downstream manufacturing and customer sales.
