The business

BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBIO) is a commercial-stage, multi-product biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and delivering medicines for patients with genetic diseases. The company operates a decentralized hub-and-spoke model designed to maximize the probability of success by maintaining lean, asset-focused teams supported by centralized business operations, clinical expertise, and commercial infrastructure. This structure enables BridgeBio to advance multiple programs concurrently while maintaining capital discipline and flexibility to allocate resources based on emerging clinical data.

The company's commercial portfolio includes Attruby (acoramidis), a next-generation oral small molecule transthyretin stabilizer approved by the FDA in November 2024 for treating transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy in adults. Attruby generated $362.4 million in U.S. net product revenues in 2025 and has achieved significant market penetration with over 7,800 unique patient prescriptions and more than 1,850 prescribing healthcare professionals. Outside the United States, acoramidis is marketed as Beyonttra through strategic partnerships with Bayer in Europe and Alexion in Japan, contributing $105.0 million in license and services revenue in 2025.

BridgeBio's advanced pipeline includes multiple Phase 3 programs with positive clinical data, including low-dose infigratinib for achondroplasia, BBP-418 for limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2I/R9, and encaleret for autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1. The company also maintains approved products including Nulibry for molybdenum cofactor deficiency and previously commercialized Truseltiq for cholangiocarcinoma.

Since its founding ten years ago, BridgeBio has generated 19 investigational new drug applications and contributed to over 70 peer-reviewed scientific publications. The company has treated more than 8,500 patients with its approved medicines and maintains minority equity interests in GondolaBio and BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics. BridgeBio does not own manufacturing facilities and relies entirely on third-party contract manufacturing organizations for drug substance and product production.
