The Chromatography franchise includes OPUS Pre-Packed Columns for downstream purification and KRM Chromatography Systems. The Process Analytics franchise offers downstream and upstream process analytical technology solutions, including the SoloVPE and FlowVPX systems for protein concentration measurement. The Proteins franchise provides affinity ligands, resins for purifying biological drugs, and cell culture growth factors.

Repligen serves major biopharmaceutical companies, contract development and manufacturing organizations, and other life science companies globally. The company's revenue is distributed geographically as approximately 49 percent from North America, 34 percent from Europe, and 17 percent from Asia Pacific and other regions. The majority of revenue derives from consumable and single-use product sales, though hardware and equipment offerings have grown in recent years.

The company operates 19 manufacturing sites, with the majority located in the United States across California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and New York. International manufacturing facilities are situated in Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Taiwan. Repligen employs approximately 2,000 full-time and part-time employees globally, with a commercial organization of roughly 390 employees distributed across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Since 2012, Repligen has completed 15 acquisitions to build its diversified product portfolio, with recent acquisitions including the 908 Devices bioprocessing portfolio in 2025, Tantti Laboratory in 2024, and Metenova in 2023. The company maintains over 250 active patent grants and 150 pending patent applications protecting its intellectual property across multiple jurisdictions.
