The Prepared Food and Beverage Solutions segment offers downstream value-added preparation, preservation, and packaging solutions for ready-to-eat and ready-to-drink products, serving pet food, dairy, bakery, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and warehouse automation end markets.

JBT Marel designs, produces, and services sophisticated products and systems spanning the entire food production value chain, from primary processing through labeling and packaging. The company provides comprehensive solutions including live animal handling, stunning, slaughtering, scalding, chilling, mixing, grinding, separation, injecting, blending, marinating, tumbling, forming, portioning, coating, cooking, frying, freezing, extracting, pasteurizing, sterilizing, filling, sealing, and labeling systems. The company also supplies robotic automated guided vehicle systems for material handling across automotive manufacturing, warehousing, and medical facilities.

Recurring revenue, including aftermarket parts, services, and software, accounted for fifty percent of total revenue in 2025. The company maintains approximately 11,500 employees worldwide, with roughly twenty-seven percent located in the United States. Operations span more than fifty manufacturing and distribution facilities strategically positioned across the United States, Brazil, Belgium, China, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, India, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The company operates seventeen technical centers globally to support customer development and process refinement. No single customer accounted for more than ten percent of total revenue in any of the last three fiscal years.
