The Digital Experience segment addresses end-to-end content supply chain requirements for marketing professionals through Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Experience Manager, Commerce, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage and GenStudio solutions. The Publishing and Advertising segment contains legacy offerings including eLearning solutions, technical document publishing, web conferencing and Adobe PostScript and PDF standards.

The company employs 31,360 people globally, with fifty percent based in the United States and fifty percent in international locations across Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom and other markets.

Adobe's value proposition centers on delivering commercially safe, first-party and partner AI models integrated throughout its solutions, with emphasis on brand safety, compliance, intellectual property protection and reliability. The company builds its own Firefly foundation models for generation and editing while offering customers flexibility to select from partner models. Adobe leverages licensed content and public domain assets to train models, providing Content Credentials digital labels indicating generative AI usage.

The company distributes solutions through direct sales forces, app stores, its website and partner channels including distributors, retailers, systems integrators and value-added resellers. Adobe offers products via subscription models, software-as-a-service, managed services and pay-per-use arrangements, complemented by consulting services, customer success management, technical support and digital learning solutions.
