ABVC BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABVC) is an early-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative botanical drugs and medical devices to treat central nervous system and oncology/hematology diseases. The company maintains its website at www.abvc.com.

The company operates through a portfolio of seven drug candidates and one medical device in various stages of clinical development. Its lead programs include ABV-1504 for major depressive disorder, which completed Phase II trials demonstrating significant efficacy, and ABV-1505 for adult attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, currently in Phase II Part II development with interim analysis data submitted to the FDA. Additional CNS programs include ABV-1601 for depression in cancer patients. The oncology pipeline encompasses ABV-1702 for myelodysplastic syndrome, ABV-1703 for pancreatic cancer, and ABV-1501 for triple negative breast cancer combination therapy. The company also develops ABV-1701, a vitreous substitute for vitrectomy surgery, which completed Phase I trials in Australia with positive safety and efficacy results and is currently in Phase II development across multiple international sites.

ABVC operates through wholly-owned subsidiaries including BioLite Holding, Inc., which houses its drug development operations, and BioKey, Inc., a GMP-certified manufacturing facility capable of producing clinical trial materials from Phase I through Phase III and commercial manufacturing. The company generates revenue through outlicensing intellectual properties and providing contract development and manufacturing organization services. BioKey also manufactures and distributes a maitake mushroom dietary supplement line targeting immune health and cardiovascular benefits.

The company has established strategic partnerships with leading research institutions including Stanford University Medical Center, University of California San Francisco, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and multiple Taiwan medical centers for clinical trial execution. ABVC maintains collaborative agreements with related parties for co-development of additional oncology programs and clinical development services. The company's intellectual property portfolio includes granted patents covering polygala extracts for depression and ADHD treatment, as well as cross-linked oxidized hyaluronic acid for vitreous substitutes across multiple jurisdictions including the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
