(NASDAQ: ACRS) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel small and large molecule product candidates for immuno-inflammatory diseases. The company leverages its proprietary KINect drug discovery platform, which enables the identification of potential small molecule product candidates through a unique combination of proprietary chemical libraries, novel inhibitor modalities, structure-based drug design expertise, and custom kinase assays. This platform is designed to expand the druggable kinome and provide faster paths to high-quality inhibitor assets.
The company's pipeline includes several key investigational candidates. Bosakitug (ATI-045) is a novel humanized anti-TSLP monoclonal antibody with potential best-in-class properties including high affinity, low dissociation rates, and extended half-life characteristics. ATI-2138 is an oral covalent dual inhibitor of ITK and JAK3 for T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases, which demonstrated positive Phase 2a results in atopic dermatitis.
