Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (NYSE: WMS) designs, manufactures and markets thermoplastic pipe and related products for stormwater and onsite wastewater management. Its products serve residential, non-residential, infrastructure and agricultural applications, with customers including distributors, contractors, engineers, municipalities, retailers and homeowners. The company reports two segments: Stormwater, which represented 78.6% of fiscal 2026 net sales, and Wastewater, which represented 21.4%. Stormwater products include corrugated pipe, chambers, drainage structures, fittings, water-quality products and residential drains; wastewater products include leachfield chambers, tanks, treatment systems and related accessories. Major brands include N-12, StormTech, Nyloplast, NDS, Infiltrator and Orenco. The February 2026 acquisition of National Diversified Sales added residential drainage, access-box and irrigation products. The company serves customers through 64 manufacturing plants and 41 distribution centers, including facilities operated by joint ventures, and had 6,425 employees as of March 31, 2026.
