Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The First Trust RBA American Industrial Renaissance ETF (the Fund ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Funds fees and expenses) of an index called the Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance Index (the Index ).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance Index, which selects small and mid-cap U.S. industrial and community banking companies from traditional manufacturing states, screens for domestic revenue concentration (excluding firms with non-U.S. sales of 25% or more), and applies a proprietary optimization model that limits individual holdings to approximately 4% and bank securities to 10% of the index. The fund holds all index constituents and rebalances quarterly. Because the index reconstitutes and rebalances on a fixed quarterly schedule, the fund experiences higher portfolio turnover than a typical equity fund.
