Aehr Test designs, manufactures, and markets advanced test and burn-in systems that screen semiconductor devices for defects and reliability across wafer level, singulated die, and package level applications. The company serves semiconductor manufacturers, contract assemblers, electronics manufacturers, and independent test and burn-in service companies worldwide.
The company operates through two primary product categories. Wafer level and die level test and burn-in systems, which accounted for 63 percent of fiscal 2026 revenues, include the FOX-XP, FOX-NP, and FOX-CP platforms designed for testing entire wafers or singulated die and modules. These systems incorporate proprietary WaferPak Contactors, DiePak Carriers, WaferPak Aligners, and DiePak Loaders that enable high-throughput, cost-effective testing. Package level test and burn-in systems, representing 37 percent of fiscal 2026 revenues, comprise the Sonoma series for ultra-high-power applications, the Tahoe series for medium-power reliability testing, and the Echo series for low-power applications.
Aehr Test's solutions address mission-critical applications including artificial intelligence processors, silicon carbide and gallium nitride power semiconductors for electric vehicles, silicon photonics for data centers, automotive sensors, and memory devices.
