Founded in 1963 and operating in the hospitality sector for more than 45 years, Agilysys has built a comprehensive portfolio of integrated software solutions that manage the complete guest and employee journey. The company's primary offerings span three revenue categories: products including software licensing and third-party hardware, subscription and maintenance services, and professional services.
