Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks long-term capital growth.

Strategy · summarised

The fund employs fundamental stock selection to build a diversified portfolio of non-US small- and mid-cap growth companies, screening for high-quality businesses with durable competitive advantages, strong management, and exposure to secular structural themes, acquired at valuations the team views as attractive relative to long-term business value. The fund invests at least 65% of assets in non-US securities across developed and emerging markets, with positions sized according to individual risk characteristics to manage the permanent loss of capital. The team may also invest to a limited extent in debt securities and equity-linked instruments when they present more attractive risk-reward profiles than equities.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
