The company's fintech segment represents its primary business focus, organized around three main platforms. ALT5 Prime is an electronic over-the-counter trading platform enabling registered customers to buy and sell digital assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and numerous altcoins, with fiat conversion options in US dollars, Canadian dollars, euros, and British pounds. ALT5 Pay functions as a cryptocurrency payment gateway allowing merchants to accept and process cryptocurrency payments with automatic fiat conversion capabilities. StrataCarte, acquired through the May 2025 acquisition of Fortress II Holdings Ltd. (formerly Mswipe), provides multi-currency payment card services with crypto-enabled capabilities through physical and virtual cards on the Visa and Mastercard networks.
