The company operates through two primary product categories: power discretes and power integrated circuits. Power discrete products include low, medium and high voltage power MOSFETs, insulated gate bipolar transistors and silicon carbide devices, while power IC products encompass DC-DC converters, smart load switches, driver ICs and multiphase controllers. The company's portfolio consists of approximately 2,900 products designed to address power management requirements across multiple end markets including personal computers, graphics cards, game consoles, data centers, home appliances, power tools, smartphones, battery packs and industrial motor controls.
Alpha and Omega operates an eight-inch wafer fabrication facility in Hillsboro, Oregon that is critical for proprietary technology development and new product introduction.
