The company combines operational excellence with a suite of innovative services and technologies to address the demands of evolving markets within mortgage servicing, real estate transactions, and mortgage origination. Altisource operates through two primary reportable segments: Servicer and Real Estate, which generated 54 percent of consolidated revenue, and Origination, which generated the remainder alongside corporate functions.
The Servicer and Real Estate segment provides loan servicers and real estate investors with solutions spanning the mortgage and real estate lifecycle. This segment encompasses property preservation and inspection services, foreclosure trustee services, residential real estate renovation services, construction inspection and risk mitigation, title insurance agency services, and real estate valuation. The segment also operates Hubzu, an online real estate auction platform for foreclosure and real estate-owned properties, alongside real estate brokerage and asset management services. Technology offerings include Equator, a SaaS platform for managing real estate owned and foreclosure processes; Vendorly Invoice for vendor invoicing and payment; RentRange for rental data analytics; and REALSynergy for commercial loan servicing.
The Origination segment serves mortgage originators with solutions across the mortgage origination lifecycle. Services include loan fulfillment, valuation, title insurance agency, and insurance services. Technology products include Vendorly Monitor for vendor management, LOLA for loan automation and service ordering, and TrelixAI for workflow management and quality control automation. The segment also manages Lenders One, a mortgage cooperative providing loan manufacturing and capital markets solutions to member lenders.
As of December 31, 2025, Altisource employed 1,236 people across the United States, India, Uruguay, and Luxembourg. The company's customer base includes large financial institutions, government-sponsored enterprises, banks, asset managers, servicers, real estate investors, and mortgage originators, predominantly located in the United States.
