The company conducts its business principally through its wholly owned insurance subsidiary, American Coastal Insurance Company (AmCoastal). The company's website is www.amcoastal.com.
The company generates revenue exclusively from writing insurance in Florida, focusing on low-rise commercial property insurance. Its primary product offerings include commercial multi-peril property insurance for residential condominium associations, apartments, and assisted living facilities, providing coverage for loss or damage to buildings, inventory, or equipment caused by covered causes such as fire, wind, hail, water, theft, and vandalism.
