As of December 31, 2025, following a series of strategic divestitures completed throughout the year, Amplify Energy's remaining properties consist of two primary operating areas: the Beta field located in federal waters approximately eleven miles offshore from the Port of Long Beach, California, and the Bairoil complex located in Wyoming. The Beta field accounts for approximately 64 percent of the company's estimated proved reserves and 56 percent of average daily net production, while Bairoil represents 36 percent of proved reserves and 44 percent of production.
