What ANAPTYSBIO, INC does

In the company’s own words

AnaptysBio, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANAB) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative immunology therapeutics for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The company's website is www.anaptysbio.com.

The company operates through two primary business segments: wholly owned clinical-stage product candidates and collaborative programs generating milestone and royalty revenue. AnaptysBio's internal pipeline includes rosnilimab, a selective pathogenic T cell depleter currently in Phase 2b development for moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis; ANB033, a CD122 antagonist in Phase 1b trials for celiac disease and eosinophilic esophagitis; and ANB101, a BDCA2 modulator in Phase 1a development for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

The company generates revenue through financial collaborations with major pharmaceutical partners. Under its immuno-oncology collaboration with GSK, AnaptysBio receives milestone payments and tiered royalties on sales of Jemperli (dostarlimab), a PD-1 antagonist approved by the FDA for multiple endometrial cancer indications. GSK reported $1.1 billion in Jemperli sales for 2025, representing greater than 80% growth from the prior year. Additionally, AnaptysBio entered into an exclusive license agreement with Vanda Pharmaceuticals in January 2025 for imsidolimab, an IL-36R antagonist for generalized pustular psoriasis, receiving an upfront payment of $10 million plus eligibility for royalties and regulatory milestones.

In September 2025, AnaptysBio announced plans to separate its operations into two independent, publicly traded companies, with separation expected to complete in the second quarter of 2026. One entity will manage the financial collaborations with GSK and Vanda, while the other will focus on developing and commercializing the company's clinical-stage therapeutics portfolio.

The company's intellectual property portfolio comprises approximately 96 issued patents and 120 pending patent applications as of December 31, 2025, covering product candidates, novel biological discoveries, and antibody discovery technology. AnaptysBio relies on third-party manufacturers for cGMP-compliant production of clinical trial materials and maintains internal non-cGMP manufacturing capabilities for preclinical research and development activities.
