Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Funds investment objective is to provide capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of small-capitalization companies—those within the rolling 36-month market capitalization ranges of the Russell 2000, S&P Small Cap 600, or MSCI USA Small Cap Index—using a bottom-up, growth-oriented selection process. It maintains at least 80% of net assets in small-cap stocks, may allocate up to 30% to foreign securities, and may use derivatives and securities lending to implement its strategy. Because individual stock picks drive returns rather than index replication, performance depends on the adviser's security selection.
