What Andersen Group Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDR) operates as a leading independent provider of tax, valuation, and financial advisory services to individuals, families, businesses, and institutional clients throughout the United States. The company maintains its website at www.andersen.com.

Founded in 2002 by experienced leaders from the former Arthur Andersen, the firm has built a multidimensional advisory platform that deliberately excludes audit and financial statement attestation services, allowing it to operate without the independence restrictions that constrain traditional audit firms. This strategic positioning enables Andersen to offer comprehensive non-audit services tailored to client needs while maintaining independence from regulatory limitations.

The company's service offerings span four primary areas. Private Client Services addresses complex matters for affluent families and high-net-worth individuals involving multigenerational wealth, charitable giving, and trust and estate planning. Business Tax Services provides integrated tax consulting and compliance support across mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax, international tax services, and tax technology automation. Alternative Investment Funds delivers specialized services for family offices, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, and real estate investment trusts. Valuation Services encompasses tax valuation, financial reporting valuations, and fixed asset and real estate valuation expertise.

As of December 31, 2025, Andersen employed over 2,300 professionals across 26 locations in the United States and served approximately 12,350 client groups. The company generated revenue of $838.7 million in 2025. The firm maintains a low Managing Director-to-professional operating model with a high ratio of client-facing employees, emphasizing direct senior involvement in client relationships.

Andersen functions as the founding member of Andersen Global, a Swiss association comprising over 300 member and collaborating firms with more than 50,000 professionals operating in over 180 countries. This global network provides access to international expertise while maintaining Andersen's independence and local autonomy. The company's brand, built on decades of professional excellence and service standards, represents a key competitive differentiator in attracting clients and talent. Professional licensure is prevalent among client-facing managers and above, with 87 percent holding credentials such as CPA, CFA, EA, LLM, or JD designations.
