Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
Long-term capital growth.
The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of small-cap companies with market capitalizations not exceeding $1.5 billion or the highest market capitalization in the Russell 2000 Index at purchase, whichever is greater, using fundamental bottom-up research to identify companies with sustainable earnings growth, competitive advantages, and attractive valuations. The fund may also hold larger-cap equities and make private investments in non-publicly traded companies. Because the fund's returns depend on the manager's security selection decisions, performance will diverge from any index. The fund may maintain significant sector concentrations in technology, healthcare, consumer discretionary and industrials.
