Armstrong Logistic Inc., trading as BTOC on the Nasdaq Global Market, operates as a fast-growing U.S.-based warehousing and logistics service provider specializing in supply-chain solutions for cross-border e-commerce merchants. The company's website is armlogi.com.
The company provides comprehensive one-stop warehousing and logistics services primarily to international cross-border e-commerce merchants from China seeking to sell in the U.S. market, as well as domestic e-commerce merchants. Armstrong Logistic generates revenue from three primary sources: transportation services, warehousing services, and other services including customs brokerage. During fiscal year 2025, overseas customers accounted for approximately 84 percent of total revenue while domestic customers represented 16 percent.
Armstrong Logistic operates ten strategically positioned warehouses across five states with an aggregate gross floor area of approximately 3.9 million square feet. These facilities are equipped with automated sorting systems, heavy-duty forklifts, and specialized equipment for processing bulky items. The warehouses are located near major U.S. ports including Los Angeles/Long Beach, Savannah, Houston, Newark, and Edwardsville, enabling efficient distribution across the West Coast, Midwest, and East Coast.
The company's service offerings encompass facilitating overseas transportation of goods to the U.S., customs brokerage services, port trucking services, and comprehensive warehouse management and order fulfillment services. These include product storage and retrieval, packing and labeling, inventory management, sales forecasting, and value-added services such as reverse logistics and specialized packaging. Armstrong Logistic launched international ocean freight services in January 2023 to further enhance its supply-chain solutions.
The company maintains an active customer base of 505 clients as of June 30, 2025, compared to 105 customers in the prior year. Armstrong Logistic employs 210 full-time employees across warehousing and logistics, operations, customer services, technology, and accounting functions, supplemented by approximately nine independent contractors. The company has developed proprietary technology including its Armlogi Order Management System built on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, which provides real-time order tracking, inventory management, and supply chain visibility. Armstrong Logistic holds ISO 9001 certification for quality management and maintains eBay certification as one of only 23 third-party warehouses in the country meeting eBay's standards.
