Arvinas focuses on discovering and developing targeted protein degradation therapeutics designed to harness the body's natural protein disposal system to selectively degrade disease-causing proteins. The company's PROTAC Discovery Engine represents an integrated suite of tools and capabilities including target selection, E3 ligase knowledge bases, advanced screening capabilities, proprietary linker technology (ANGLE), library-enabled PROTAC design (LEAP), computational modeling (PROTACify), proteomics capabilities, and in vivo optimization tools (PIVOT).
The company's clinical pipeline includes five primary programs. ARV-102 is an oral PROTAC LRRK2 degrader targeting neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson's disease and progressive supranuclear palsy. ARV-393 is an oral PROTAC BCL6 degrader for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma. ARV-027 targets the polyglutamine-expanded androgen receptor in skeletal muscle. Vepdegestrant, the company's most advanced candidate, targets the estrogen receptor for ER+/HER2- breast cancer and has received FDA acceptance of its New Drug Application with a PDUFA action date of June 5, 2026.
Arvinas also maintains several preclinical programs including ARV-6723 targeting HPK1 and a pan-KRAS degrader targeting multiple KRAS variants.
