The company maintains an online presence at www.goaxil.com and reviveprocare.com.
The company operates through three reportable segments. The hearing enhancement and protection segment, which represented approximately 96 percent of consolidated net revenues in fiscal 2026, designs and manufactures advanced hearing protection and audio enhancement products including Bluetooth-enabled earbuds, earmuffs, earplugs, and outdoor speakers serving sporting goods, tactical, industrial, recreational, military, and law enforcement markets. The hair and skin care segment, accounting for approximately 4 percent of revenues, manufactures and distributes professional-quality products under the Reviv3 Procare brand through third-party co-packers, offering shampoos, conditioners, scalp treatments, and skin health solutions. The marketing services segment, representing less than 1 percent of revenues, operates through wholly owned subsidiary Sharper Vision Marketing Inc. to deliver performance-driven marketing solutions for both internal brands and third-party clients.
AXIL holds three active U.S. patents with additional applications pending, along with six federally registered trademarks and twelve pending trademark registrations.
