The company operates through two primary business segments: Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), which represented 82.3% of total revenue in fiscal 2026, and Commerce, which accounted for 17.7% of revenue. The DTC segment centers on monthly-themed subscription boxes featuring toys, treats, and chews tailored to individual dogs' sizes, play styles, and dietary needs. The Commerce segment distributes products through over 50,000 retail doors nationwide, including major partners such as Target, Walmart, Costco, PetSmart, and TJ Maxx, as well as online marketplaces including Amazon, Chewy, and TikTok.
