The company's most advanced neuroscience product is IGALMI, a sublingual film formulation of dexmedetomidine approved by the FDA in April 2022 for the acute treatment of agitation associated with schizophrenia or bipolar I or II disorder in adults. IGALMI became commercially available in July 2022 in 120 and 180 microgram doses and is designed for self-administration by patients under healthcare provider supervision.
