Blink Charging Co. (NASDAQ: BLNK) operates as a leading owner, operator, and provider of electric vehicle charging equipment and networked EV charging services across the United States and international markets. The company's website is www.blinkcharging.com.
The company's core business centers on the Blink Network, a proprietary cloud-based system that operates, maintains, and manages EV charging stations while handling charging data, back-end operations, and payment processing. Blink offers a comprehensive range of EV charging solutions including Level 2 chargers, DC fast charging equipment ranging from 30kW to 600kW, and international products with various connector types. The company also provides energy management systems for fleets and operates car-sharing programs through its wholly owned subsidiary Envoy Mobility.
Blink differentiates itself through three flexible business models: the Blink-owned turnkey model where the company incurs all costs and retains substantially all revenues; the Blink-owned hybrid model where the property partner shares installation costs; and the host-owned model where property partners purchase and operate equipment. As of December 31, 2025, approximately 66,350 chargers were connected to the Blink Network, including approximately 8,250 company-owned units, with an additional estimated 23,450 non-networked or international units.

In July 2025, Blink acquired Zemetric Inc., expanding its product line with software-driven fleet management capabilities and lower-cost Level 2 charger hardware. The company also implemented the BlinkForward Initiative in May 2025, a strategic restructuring that reduced the global workforce from 513 to approximately 320 employees and transitioned to contract manufacturing, eliminating in-house manufacturing facilities by January 2026.
