What BRC Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Black Rifle Coffee Company (NYSE: BRC) operates as a Veteran-founded and led premium coffee and energy drink company with a mission to serve active-duty military, Veterans, first responders, and others who share its values. The company maintains its website at www.blackriflecoffee.com and was founded in 2014 by U.S. Army Veteran Evan Hafer, beginning with a single-pound coffee roaster in a garage before expanding into a nationally distributed brand.

The company operates through one reportable segment composed of three primary revenue channels: Wholesale, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Outposts. The Wholesale channel, which generated $258.0 million in 2025 sales, distributes packaged coffee and ready-to-drink beverages through leading Food, Drug, and Mass retailers including Walmart, Sam's Club, regional grocery chains, and convenience stores, as well as specialty retailers like Bass Pro Shops and Scheels. The DTC channel, which contributed $117.6 million in 2025 revenue, operates through the company's e-commerce platform and includes a subscription-based Coffee Club serving approximately 159,900 active subscribers. The Outposts channel, generating $22.6 million in 2025 sales, comprises 17 company-owned and 18 franchised coffee shop locations across ten states.

Black Rifle Coffee's product portfolio extends beyond traditional roasted coffee to include single-serve coffee, ready-to-drink coffee products, and Black Rifle Energy, a ready-to-drink energy beverage launched in late 2024. The company also offers branded apparel, coffee brewing equipment, and outdoor and lifestyle gear. As a public benefit corporation, the company balances profitability with purpose, supporting its communities through charitable donations and career opportunities for Veterans and first responders.

As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 468 employees across locations in the United States, with approximately 32 percent being Veterans or military spouses. The company maintains manufacturing facilities in Manchester, Tennessee, and corporate offices in West Valley City, Utah; San Antonio, Texas; and Nashville, Tennessee. Black Rifle Coffee sources green coffee beans primarily from Colombia, Brazil, and Nicaragua, supplemented by beans from more than ten additional countries to diversify supply and offer specialty roasts.
