BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) designs, engineers and manufactures nuclear components, reactors and fuel, and provides nuclear technology and related services. Its Government Operations segment supplies naval nuclear components, reactors and fuel to the U.S. Government, supports advanced reactor programs, processes nuclear materials, and manages and operates government nuclear facilities and environmental cleanup projects. Commercial Operations serves nuclear utilities and other power-industry customers with heavy components, fuel, engineering, maintenance and lifecycle services, and supplies medical radioisotopes, radiopharmaceuticals and medical devices to healthcare and life-science customers. In 2025, the U.S. Government represented approximately 68% of consolidated revenue. The company’s 2025 acquisitions of Aerojet Ordnance Tennessee expanded its advanced-materials activities, while Kinectrics added nuclear lifecycle services and isotope capabilities. BWXT employed approximately 10,400 people worldwide at December 31, 2025, and reported a $7.26 billion backlog on that date. Its website is www.bwxt.com.
