Michael Kors, launched in 1981, represents approximately 83 percent of total revenue and operates as a global accessories, footwear and apparel company with presence in over 100 countries. The brand features three primary collections: Michael Kors Collection, MICHAEL Michael Kors, and Michael Kors Mens, known for distinctive designs and a Jet Set aesthetic combining stylish elegance with sporty attitude. Jimmy Choo, founded in 1996, accounts for approximately 17 percent of revenue and specializes in luxury footwear and accessories with a glamorous, fashion-forward positioning, complemented by men's luxury footwear and accessories.
