Community Bank serves as a community-oriented financial institution offering a comprehensive range of banking services across its primary market area in southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The bank operates nine full-service offices located in Greene, Allegheny, Washington, Fayette, and Westmoreland Counties in Pennsylvania, along with three offices in Marshall and Ohio Counties in West Virginia. The bank also maintains loan production offices and an operations center across its footprint. As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 169 full-time and 5 part-time employees.

The bank's core lending activities encompass residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans, construction loans, commercial and industrial loans, and consumer loans.
